Joshua’s Jumper Day

In August 2013 my grandson Joshua was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) – Joshua and his mum Judith have since set up Joshua’s Courageous Cause to raise funds for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.

This month The Lost Sheep Company organised a fundraising event alongside Joshua’s Courageous Cause at The Baptist Church on Great Ormes Road in Llandudno.

My challenge? To make Joshua a jumper out of freshly sheared sheep’s fleece in just one day!

The event was supported by the local community in Llandudno, the members of the church and of course my family.

The day had a range of activities including:

• All Day BBQ
• Live Music
• Sheep
• Carding, Spinning & Knitting
• Ice Cream
• Tug of War and many other family games
